- 1967: Established as Xinxiang Motor General Factory.
- 1992: The fan, water pump, and motor factories merged into the Yutong Group, giving birth to the original Yutong LOGO.
- 2000: Completed successful business reorganization and restructuring.
- 2003: Relocated to a new, upgraded factory site.
- 2006: Officially renamed as HENAN YUTONG ELECTRIC MOTOR SHARES COMPANY.
- 2007: Developed new series of motors specifically to adapt to international market standards.
- 2009: Strategically expanded our footprint into the global market.
- 2010: Reached a major milestone with annual sales of 14,000,000 USD.
- 2014: Established advanced energy efficiency test stations to ensure ultimate product quality.
- 2015: Began our annual participation in the Hannover Messe in Germany, a tradition we proudly maintain to this day.
- 2016: Started manufacturing specialized motors for the renowned international pump brand, EBARA.
- 2017: Successfully entered the high-efficiency motor market in South Korea.
- 2018: Certified by ENSREG and SNRIU, earning the authorization to produce nuclear power-specific motors.
- 2019: Developed the South African market and successfully dispatched a batch of extreme-condition customized motors to the KNPP nuclear power plant in Ukraine.
